We ship internationally and only with Express shipping services (DHL Global, YunExpress, Yanwen Express) for a speedy delivery!

After processing your order (2-7 business days) Moonguland always ships with expedited shipping (7-12 business days) for a fixed fee of $9.99. Orders above $49 enjoy FREE shipping! Optionally customers can choose DHL for an additional charge at checkout for even faster shipping (usually takes 3-7 business days). The DHL fee depends on the merchandise weight.
Our Express Shipping fee is between US$0 and US$9.99. Refer below to the shipping rates:

    The delivery time is an estimate based on recent deliveries. Moonguland cannot guarantee the items to arrive within the dates above mentioned. Shipping time is influenced heavily by weather, strikes (including transportation and air strikes), and other situations such as the ongoing corona outbreak.

    Confirm that the package is from Moonguland before signing for it. All our orders are shipped in a yellow bag, and have a Moonguland thank you card inside. Check for visible package damage before signing, check for the correct recipient name and address. If the incorrect package is signed, we can't guarantee the whereabouts of your order, nor can we take responsibility for it.

    DELIVERY TIME

    The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
    Processing duration: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
    Shipping duration: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

    PROCESSING DURATION

    Processing usually takes us about 2-7 days, but because of the nature of the merchandise market - in which items can be in high demand - some delays are inevitable and could delay your order processing by up to 15 business days. In case of delays, please know that we are working to serve you best. Please keep this in mind and order well in advance from the date you need it, to ensure they arrive in time!

    SHIPPING DURATION

    After processing time, all orders shipped with Yanwen Express will have transit time of 7-12 business days. DHL shipments average about 3-7 business days. Please note that due to the current covid-19 crisis, and to unforeseen weather conditions (such as heavy rain, storms, or snow) shipments to all our destinations can still be affected by transit delays. The 7 to 12 business days is simply an estimate based on the average time our orders take to arrive to the USA. If your order does not arrive within the applicable transit time, please send us an inquiry with an email to hello@moonguland.com 

    CUSTOMS

    NO EXTRA CHARGES to US and EU countries! ♥ If you are based in an European country that is part of the EEA (European Economic Area) and place an order until the value of €150, then you order will have no additional custom costs! :) Our item prices include VAT and tax for US and EU.

    estination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. Moonguland is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

    FAILURE TO DELIVER

    Moonguland is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside of our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, wrong address information, incorrect recipient name, etc. When a shipment is sent to our carrier's warehouse due to these complications, the carrier reserves the right to dispose of the shipment. In these cases moonguland will do their best to help you solve this situation, but we cannot be held accountable for the package anymore.
